Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vocalite platform and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Vocalite provides a 3-in-1 AI-powered system for businesses, consisting of:
- AI Front-Desk — 24/7 automated call answering, appointment booking, and FAQ handling
- Growth Engine — Outbound marketing calls, patient/client reactivation, no-show recovery, and automated follow-up
- Social Media Manager — Content creation, scheduling, posting, reputation management, and advertising campaign management
Service availability and features vary by subscription plan.
2. Free Trial
Vocalite offers a 3-day free trial that includes both the AI Front-Desk and Marketing/Growth system running live on your business phone line. Your card goes on file but is not charged during the 3-day trial period. Cancel anytime. 30-day money-back guarantee. During the trial, we configure your AI system with a done-for-you setup.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically continues on the All-Inclusive plan ($1,299/month) unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. If you cancel after being charged, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies — contact us for a full refund, no questions asked. If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Plan features, included minutes, SMS allowances, and overage rates are described on our pricing page.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term
- Overage charges (minutes and SMS beyond your plan allowance) are billed at the end of each billing cycle
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the original price until the next renewal.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Monthly plans — Cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual plans — Cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the annual term. No pro-rated refunds unless required by applicable law.
- Overage charges — Non-refundable as they reflect actual usage.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our AI agents for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Misrepresent AI-generated communications as human when legally required to disclose
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with our services or infrastructure
- Use the platform to make unsolicited calls in violation of applicable telemarketing laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or technology
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of your business data, including client/patient records, appointment data, and communications. We process your data solely to provide the services described. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients/patients for call recording and AI-assisted communications, as required by your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
Vocalite retains all rights to our platform, AI models, software, and technology. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription term.
Content created by our Social Media Manager on your behalf is owned by you once delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Vocalite is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect bookings, or AI errors — while our system is highly accurate, no AI is perfect
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages (telephony providers, cloud infrastructure, etc.)
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, call answer rates, or business results. While we strive for high uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vocalite harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
